Description
In-person consultation at the Sano Via / Medicor office for ProlozoneTM treatment only. Includes a review of medical history, targeted examination, review of relevant medical reports, x-ray (as needed), MRI (as needed) and ProlozoneTM treatment plan. Includes treatment recommendations for ozone injection with procaine and natural medicines (ProlozoneTM) with or without platelet-rich plasma (PRP). Injections are not included in the consultation fee.
