Prescription – New With Assessment

FOR EXISTING MEDICOR / SANO VIA PATIENTS ONLY

Procedure to obtain a new prescription:

1. Contact the office to arrange a phone or video assessment: 416-227-0037
2. We will assess and determined what should be prescribed
3. Select this item (quantity = 1) and place in Cart
4. Review Cart and go to Checkout
5. Complete the order
6. Our office will receive a confirmation email, normally within minutes
7. A new prescription will be emailed to you or faxed to your pharmacy, normally within 2 business days (controlled drug prescriptions cannot be emailed, please ensure our office has your pharmacy fax # on file)
