Procedure to obtain a repeat prescription:

  1. confirm the name of your medication(s), and that all have been prescribed within the last 1 year
  2. confirm no dose changes (if dose changes are needed, a new assessment is required first)
  3. purchase this item (quantity = 1 for 1 to 3 drugs, 2 for 4 to 6 drugs, 3 for 7 to 9 drugs)
  4. review Cart and go to Checkout
  5. list the names of the medication(s) you wish to have repeated under ORDER NOTES
  6. complete the order
  7. our office will receive your request via email, normally within minutes
  8. a repeat prescription will be emailed to you or faxed to your pharmacy, normally within 2 business days (controlled drug prescriptions cannot be emailed, please ensure our office has your pharmacy fax # on file)
