Description
Telemedicine consultation for prescribing low dose naltrexone (LDN) only. Includes a review by our practitioner of medical history, and LDN dosing instructions. Note that LDN will be prescribed for general wellness / disease prevention only, not for treatment of any disease or medical condition. A side effect of LDN is that it may improve different diseases such as autoimmune conditions, metal health conditions or cancer. Your own medical or naturopathic doctor will be responsible for monitoring and treating all medical conditions.
Please download and complete our New Patient Forms and our LDN Prevention Consent Form and return them to the office by email or fax. After we receive these completed documents and payment is confirmed, the consultation will be arranged.
