S-adenosyl-L-methionine (SAMe) is a key biological factor that drives a wide variety of essential biochemical reactions, including the methylation of DNA, catecholamine neurotransmitters (brain messenger-molecules), phospholipids, hormones, and chondrocytes (cartilage-forming cells). Research supports SAMe’s ability to support healthy mood function and helps relieve osteoarthritic pain. SAMe may be prescribed by your Medicor physician as part of your treatment.
