Medicor Cancer Centres is committed to providing you with high quality products and services. All fees are charged in Canadian dollars. Additional credit card fees may be charged by your credit card company for currency conversion. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the following options:
For SmokingVapor products including batteries, tanks, cases and chargers, if you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you may return the product for exchange or refund (not including shipping charges) within 30 days of the purchase date. SmokingVapor products including cartridges, zero nicotine e-liquids, or any other consumable items cannot be exchanged or refunded if the item has been opened. SmokingVapor e-liquids that are custom compounded with nicotine cannot be exchanged or refunded once the item has left the Medicor office.
Medical supplies and medical devices that are unused and in new condition may be returned for exchange or refund (not including shipping charges) within 30 days of the purchase date.
Non-prescription medications such as natural supplements that are sealed and in new condition may be returned for exchange or refund (not including shipping charges) within 30 days of the purchase date.
Prescription medications (including all custom compounded medications) are non-refundable once the item has been dispensed (shipped or picked up) from the Medicor office.
Medical or naturopathic telemedicine consultations that are non-urgent may be cancelled within 2 business days of payment. Non-urgent telemedicine consultations are to be completed within 10 business days of the Medicor doctor receiving the complete patient file. If they cannot be completed in time, the patient may request a full refund (no cancellation fee will be charged), or the patient may choose to allow extra time for completion of the consultation. Urgent telemedicine consultations are non-refundable, unless they cannot be completed within 2 business days of the Medicor doctor receiving the complete patient file. If they cannot be completed in time, the patient may either request a full refund (no cancellation fee will be charged), or the patient may request the consultation be converted to non-urgent (the additional “rush” fee will then be fully refunded).
For all returns or exchanges:
Please indicate your Invoice Number to expedite processing. Please allow one week for processing of the refund or exchange request. Refunds will be issued through the form of payment used for the original purchase. For any items that are incomplete or are in less-than-new condition, the retail cost of these items may be deducted from any refund at the discretion of Medicor staff.
All refunds of web store purchases are subject to a 15% restocking fee for physical products and a 15% cancellation fee for electronic or virtual products or services such as non-urgent consultations. The only exception is physical products that are being picked up in person (if you request a refund at the time of pickup, no fees will be charged).
Medicor reserves the right to refuse any refund or to issue a partial refund for any request that does not meet these requirements.
We recommend that you return your order by a shipping method that includes tracking, as we cannot take responsibility for undelivered returns.
